CEO Jacob Hsu recently shared his thoughts on how artificial intelligence, counter to public perception, can be used to create jobs rather than eliminate them.
AI can… create new workforces in previously overlooked communities. It opens a pipeline of new talent, reducing the tech talent gap. It levels the playing field of job applicants and provides economic mobility and inclusive growth in the knowledge economy. It creates economic growth for companies as they employ workers who are most productive in their positions.
Far from smashing servers to prevent them from taking our jobs, we should invest in unbiasedly programming them to find more and better talent and fill the tech jobs currently left open.
