A great website needs to be more than just a pretty digital brochure. A global hospitality company recognized the need to evolve its site and turned to Catalyte to make it happen. Having already worked with this company on several projects, Catalyte understood the business implications and best ways for the client to meet its goals of improved brand loyalty, digital engagement and transforming the travel experience.

Catalyte deployed an agile team that included a business analyst to prioritize requirements for the new portal. This prioritization lead to the creation of an online reservation system, customer personalization engine and SaaS portal for account management.

The agile delivery method and rapid response of the development team meant that work was completed quickly and in accordance to client and customer feedback. This ultimately delivered a personalized, memorable experience for website visitors.

Engagement goals for the site far exceeded expectations. The customer expected to achieve 10,000 user photo uploads in the first year of the new site. This goal was achieved after just two months.
