The Royal Society of Arts (RSA) named Catalyte a winner in its inaugural “Future Work Awards.” The awards recognize, “organisations that are not waiting for the future of work to happen but are helping people create better ways to work in a flexible, frequently changing digital economy…Future Work Awards winners show that elements of the modern economy often presented as detrimental to the modern worker can be negated, or better still can be used to provide employees with a level of flexibility and training not previously available.”
Selected from over 600 organizations from around the globe, the RSA recognized Catalyte for our ability to use “algorithms to identify high-potential software developers without the traditional educational background.”
We’re honored to receive this award. You can find more information on how we find, train and deploy developers from unexpected backgrounds in this Fast Company profile.
